Render Monitor

When running a scene within Studio, you can preview the render output of all your visualizations within the render monitor. Additionally, it keeps track of the sequence, in which visualization states have been rendered within each visualization track. Open render monitor by clicking on "Views" > "Render Monitor" within "Scene" ribbon menu.

Components

This section will focus on the various components within and around the render monitor.

Visualization Render Preview

The display on the left side within the render monitor shows you a preview to the visualization render output of the selected visualization track on the right side.

State History Timeline

On the right side, you can see the history timeline of active visualization states for each visualization track.

Interactions

In this section, we will discuss various ways how you can interact with the render monitor.

Choose Render Preview Source

Select the source for the render preview by selecting a track within the history timeline.

Scroll History horizontally

You can scroll the history timeline horizontally by clicking and holding the middle mouse button within the timeline document and dragging it into a horizontal direction.
